Join a professional team as a Residential Lines Account Manager in an independent insurance brokerage. If you are upbeat, energetic, and have excellent customer service skills, then this position may be for you. Interested candidates must be willing to obtain their property and casualty insurance license if needed.
*Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
*Pay: $45,000+/year (DOE)
*This is a direct hire position with benefits.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service.
-Respond promptly to customer questions
-Provide solutions to problems.
-Process policy renewals, change requests and claims.
Qualifications:
-Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred; but not required prior to hire)
-Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Positive attitude with the ability to interact comfortably with a diverse range of clients.
-Proficient in computer applications and office technology.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
