Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience
Location: Stamford, CT - full-time onsite

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO in preparing monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
• Close out all monthly accounting periods, including Bank Recs, Sales Tax Returns and all recurring Journal Entries.
• Prepare and analyze the Work-in-Progress (WIP) report to determine actual project profitability vs. budget.
• Analyze budget-to-actual costs, ensuring accurate job costing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Work with the Payroll Manager to produce accurate payroll reports.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
