Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a company near Lake Zurich, Illinois, with a search for an accounting specialist. This a temporary to hire role and onsite. They are looking for someone with accounting experience that can support the accounting team with both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable ensuring correct amounts and back up documentation
Maintain payment schedules
Update vendor information and reconcile vendor statements
Apply customer payments to accounts
Follow up regarding missing payments
Research and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile bank accounts
Run monthly AP and AR reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and be accurate
Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems
Pay: $27-$29/hour
Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
