Accounts Payable Clerk
Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with Polaris to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk in Rigby, Idaho, supporting the Klim and 509 brands within the powersports industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing while supporting month-end close and sales tax activities. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced finance team in a growing organization with well-known brands.
What You'll Do as the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Process all accounts payable transactions, including check payments and wire transfers, ensuring proper approvals
- Review and verify vendor information to maintain accurate and compliant records
- Process invoices and expense reports with correct coding and approvals
- Manage AP aging reports and assist with cash flow monitoring
- Assist with month-end close activities related to credit cards, billing, and reconciliations
- Support monthly sales tax filings and purchase order billing
- Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
What You Need to Bring to the Accounts Payable Clerk Role:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Accounts Payable
- College degree in a business-related field preferred; 5+ years of equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- SAP Concur experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently analyze data
- Effective communication skills with a relationship-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Power BI and/or scripting experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to an on-site office in Rigby, Idaho
