Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Administrative Clerk to support daily accounting and office operations in the Almond industry. This role handles vendor invoices, maintains records, assists with production orders, and helps with general office tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and on time
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Prepare weekly/bi-weekly check runs and payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized AP files and records
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Assist with month-end and audits
  • Close production orders
  • Provide backup support to the shipping department
  • Help with general admin tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of accounts payable and general office experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day
  • Occasionally lift up to 25-50 lbs
  • Must be able to use hands, talk, hear, and drive as needed
