Accounts Payable Specialist (Media) - Contract to Hire
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00/Hour
Hours: 8am to 5pm (some flexibility)
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office (starting out expected to be in office every day for the first 2 weeks)

ExecuSource is currently in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of the company. The selected candidate will be stationed within the accounting department, undertaking tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, managing accounts payable, and fulfilling other financial responsibilities as required.

What you need to succeed:

• Proficiency in Great Plains software is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure accuracy in financial calculations.
• High motivation, attention to detail, efficiency, and strong work ethic to meet financial deadlines.
• Adequate computer skills to utilize company-preferred accounting software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a shared accounting environment.

• Minimum one year of A/P or general accounting experience; college coursework in accounting preferred.
