Responsibilities

• Managing vendor invoices - Analyze incoming invoices from vendors across multiple locations, matching them to purchase orders when necessary and cost coding accordingly. This includes investigating discrepancies and resolving them.
• Vendor credentialing - Manage new vendor credentials such as W9, insurance information and any tax forms as needed
• Employee reimbursements - Review, process and manage all employee reimbursements requests on a weekly basis
• Vendor accounts - Provide a high-level of customer service to our vendors providing them updated on payment status and timing
• Vendor reconciliation - Reconcile vendor accounts on a monthly basis to ensure proper accounting and account balances

Requirements

• Previous construction industry experience, a plus

Compensation: This position is salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000. Schedule: This position is a hybrid schedule offered of 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Working hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
