Accounts Receivable/Credit Representative

Compensation: 36-40/hour plus full benefits!

Our client, a highly stable company, in an industry that always is in high demand, is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Credit Representative to join their team. Work for a very encouraging and personable manager!

What you will be tasked with as an Accounts Receivable/Credit representative:

• Process cash receipts.
• Prepare daily bank deposits from cash receipts and process credit card payments from customers.
• Electronic filing of ACH and checks.
• Assist in tracking and collection of receivables and review aging for unallocated cash.
• Prepare Lien Waivers and maintain tax exempt forms.
• New customer credit review.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable/Credit Representative:

• Associates degree
• AR experience: processing cash receipts, credit card payments, collections experience in a high-volume department.
