We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation while providing excellent customer service and supporting overall financial operations.
Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and Billing - Prepare, send, and monitor customer invoices and credit notes
• Payment Processing - Record, apply, and reconcile incoming customer payments
• Collections - Contact clients for overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
• Account Reconciliation - Reconcile AR ledgers and resolve discrepancies or disputes
• Reporting - Monitor AR aging, generate reports, and provide data to management
• Customer Service - Serve as a point person for client billing inquiries
• Process Improvement - Help to create standard practices and streamline workflow
• Check Clearing - Record cleared checks in the computer system
• Credit References - Help gather information to check credit-worthiness of new prospective customers
• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• GED/High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving abilities
