Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable portfolio for designated client accounts.
  • Accurately process and post cash receipts and transactions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain daily cash tracking and prepare comprehensive cash reports.
  • Investigate and resolve client account discrepancies, deductions, and chargebacks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address high-risk or problematic accounts.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses related to accounts receivable metrics.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and external contacts.
  • Utilize client and vendor platforms for effective account management.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the finance team.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general record-keeping systems.
  • Experience in a law firm setting is highly preferred, but not required.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
