• Research and resolve billing issues by partnering with customers, sales, customer service, and production teams.
• Ensure invoices align with shipments, production output, pricing, and order documentation.
• Prepare AR reports, maintain organized records, and assist with monthend close activities.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting support role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain clean, accurate records.
• Experience working in an ERP system (manufacturing environment a plus) and solid Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
