POSITION SCOPE

As Accounts Receivable Support, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and resolving any payment discrepancies. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our finance department.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Processing invoices
  • Record incoming payments
  • Assist with Contract processing
  • Assist with Bank Reconciliation
  • Process General Ledger Entries
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records with accurate billing and contact information
  • Serve as support role to other members of the accounting department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or in business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Background in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle interactions with customers
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
