What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of daily activities for residents.
• Encouraging resident participation to foster a sense of community and belonging.
• Supporting the Activity Director in creating programs that cater to a variety of interests and abilities.
• Helping set up and clean up activities and events.
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
