Japanese Bilingual- Administrative & Accounting Coordinator
Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Overview
We are seeking an Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations, accounting tasks, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional who can balance accounting support with general office and employee administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable and payable, invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
- Perform basic bookkeeping and support monthend/yearend close (QuickBooks preferred)
- Handle banking transactions, reconciliations, and sales tax support
- Support payroll administration and coordination with external providers
- Manage office supplies, facilities, documents, and contracts
- Support employee benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration
- Handle reception, phones, mail, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, headquarters, and external partners
Qualifications
- Japanese and English language proficiency
- Experience in administration and/or accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge; QuickBooks experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
