Why join us? 4-day work week with half-day Fridays Stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment Variety in day-to-day responsibilities (admin + customer + contract support) Opportunity to improve processes and make an impact Strong cross-functional exposure (production, quality, shipping) Job Details Administrative Support Maintain and update data across spreadsheets and internal systems Create and manage reports using Excel and Microsoft 365 Support document preparation, file management, and internal tracking Route communications and follow up on outstanding items Assist with digital filing and general administrative tasks Customer Service Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries (phone + email) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and solutions Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer communications Contract Support Assist with preparation and maintenance of customer contracts Track deadlines, deliverables, and requirements Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information Support contract updates, renewals, and closeouts Must-Haves Experience in administrative, customer service, or contract support role Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Solid Excel ability (filtering, formulas, formatting) Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Nice-to-Have Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment SharePoint or document management system experience Contract administration exposure Schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM Compensation & Benefits $20–$25/hour DOE Competitive benefits package Interested in hearing more?
