Description

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and office support to multiple supervisors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Location: Duarte, CA
Pay: 22.50 - 24.50/hr
Type: Contract (Possible hire)
Schedule: M-F, 1st shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple supervisors and teams
  • Answer and route phone calls; greet and direct visitors
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and manage calendars
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general office coordination
  • Conduct basic internet research as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong experience with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple stakeholders
