Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage and organize files, documents, and records
  • Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Age: Up to 30 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage, but not required
