Administrative Assistant
Summary Assist in Administrative documentation and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone
- Serve as company receptionist
- Provide administrative support for transportation division and executive assistant
- Responsible for purchasing and tracking of materials ordered
- Receive items ordered
- Maintain office supply inventory

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma, some specialized college education or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Data Entry, organizational skills, People skills.
Physical Demands Sit, use keyboard, use fine manipulation with hands and fingers. Lift up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment Clean, temperature controlled environment. Noise level is low. No personal protective equipment needed.
