Location: 811 Progress Road, Chambersburg, PA 17201
Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Keep Our Office Running!
Are you friendly, organized, and enjoy keeping an office running smoothly? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office and provide day-to-day support with front desk and general office duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and handling a variety of tasks throughout the day.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers as they walk in and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, copying, emailing, and data entry
- Help keep office operations organized and running smoothly
- Work with the truck scale—training will be provided!
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in an office, administrative, or front-desk role is preferred
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers in person
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, copying/scanning documents)
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Friendly attitude with strong communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Office-based role with regular interaction with customers and drivers. Combination of desk work and light movement around the office. Professional, team-oriented environment.
