Step into a vibrant and fast-moving environment as an Administrative Assistant, where your contributions will be vital in supporting the CEO/General Manager and other respected senior leaders within the Industrial Materials Solutions Division at Excelitas Technologies, previously known as Luxium Solutions. In this prominent and influential role, you will act as an essential bridge, ensuring seamless communication and smooth operations across multiple departments. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources and General Manager of IMS, you will primarily work onsite at our state-of-the-art facility in Hiram, Ohio. This position calls for the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused professional with exceptional organizational skills, who can expertly juggle multiple priorities with grace and professionalism in a dynamic corporate setting.

  • Seamlessly coordinating event and meeting logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Organizing travel arrangements that keep our team moving efficiently
  • Crafting and sharing important announcements both within the company and to external audiences
  • Preparing, managing, and maintaining essential documentation with precision
  • Providing hands-on onsite support and effective communication assistance
  • Contributing to the smooth operation of our Hiram, OH office with general support tasks
  • Creating welcoming and well-stocked meeting environments that foster collaboration
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships with team members, partners, and clients alike
  • Helping organize and manage key files, including contracts and NDAs, to keep everything in order
