Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, scanning, and document management
- Enter and maintain data in accounting systems with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes (invoice entry, matching, and tracking)
- Prepare and organize financial documents for audits and reporting
- Maintain vendor files and assist with vendor communications
- Support purchase order tracking and expense documentation
- Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks as needed
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries appropriately
- Help with month-end close preparation and general office support
