ONSITE Universal City CA
Pay rate $26.79/hr W2
6 months contract
Responsibilities include:
• Daily Data Entry of Timekeeper for several Departments
• Timekeeper Reporting
• Run Cost Requests in SAP
• Invoice Payments, Payment Research and Create Same Day Payment Check Invoices in SNAP
• Assist with Daily Hire Onboarding
• Rate Changes in Timekeeper
• Sick/Vacation Day Tracking
• Daily Archibus Approvals & Creation of Newly Hired Craftsmen
• Scanning of Invoices
• Miscellaneous Duties as assigned
Quals--
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous work experience in timekeeping is preferred
2. Technical Skills: Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge/skills
Preferred Skills:
• Timekeeper System
• SAP System
• SNAP System
• Docu-Sign System
• Sphere
• Share Point System
• Knowledge of IATSE & Basic Crafts Contracts
• Union Payroll Knowledge
• Use of office machinery
• Archibus knowledge a plus
• 10-key proficient
• Ability to follow direction
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to demonstrate professionalism
• Excellent computer skills for data entry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work independently

• Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completion
