Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate property showings.
- Manage and update listings on the MLS.
- Maintain a client database and ensure smooth communication.
- Answer and direct calls professionally.
- Draft polished emails and correspondence.
- Oversee and assist junior team members when needed.
- Ensure accuracy in all documents and communications.
Qualifications:
- Organizational Excellence – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills – Professional phone etiquette, clear written communication, and the ability to interact effectively with clients, agents, and team members.
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and correspondence is essential.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- CRM software (Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms)
- MLS platforms (Navica, FlexMLS, etc.)
- Real Estate Knowledge – Familiarity with real estate terminology, transaction processes, and MLS navigation is a plus.
- Time Management Skills – Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple responsibilities.
- Team Player with Leadership Potential – Comfortable assisting junior team members and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Professionalism & Presentation – Polished appearance and demeanor to represent the company well in client interactions.
