TEKsystems is looking for an application support engineer to help one of our clients in the western suburbs. This support engineer is accountable for performing maintenances operations tasks including monthly, quarterly or annual ones. Programming and debugging will be required in order to implement application enhancements, develop queries/reports of varying complexity and to troubleshoot and fix programmatic issues.

Works with IT teams to understand and develop detailed support plan. Presents ideas and approaches to the business and development team, which includes participation in the development of presentations.
Performs and supports Technical Leads and Analysts in Development projects to perform Transition lead activities including resource management, forecasting estimates for completion of operation readiness tasks before implementing.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $124000.00/yr.
2026 Open Enrollment is passive. If you do not
complete Open Enrollment, 2025 benefits will roll
over to 2026, EXCEPT the following, which
REQUIRE Open Enrollment elections:
- FSA-Health Care and Dependent Care
- HSA (Health Savers Medical Plan required)
* HDHP plan deductible increased to $3,400/$6,800.
* HMO Medical Plan Rx out of pocket max increased to
$1,000/$3,000. Inpatient copay increased to $500 for
first 3 days, Outpatient surgery copay increased to
$200. Emergency Room co-pay increased to $300.
* CVS Maintenance Choice program added for 2026.
* Dental PPO plan surgical periodontics benefit
coverage increased to 80%.
* Maintenance choice has been added to our CVS
pharmacy benefit.
* Health Care FSA maximum is $3,400; rollover is $40
minimum to $680 maximum.
* HSA maximum for enrollees of the Health Savers
medical plan is $4,400 individual/$8,750 if you cover
your spouse or child(ren). Add $1,000 if you are age
55+.
* 401(k) maximum employee deferral:
- $24,500
- $32,500 if you're age 50-59 or age 64+ in 2026
- $35,750 if you are age 60-63 in 2026
* Starting in 2026, employees earning more than
$150,000 in the previous year who are age 50 or older
must make their 401k catch-up contributions as Roth
contributions.

Open Enrollment - Current Employees
Enrolling Online
The information in this booklet describes the benefit options you will need to consider. After you have
made your benefit decisions, enrolling is easy.
* Log onto the Employee Self Service website http://ultipro.jointcommission.org or through jNet
(Main page, click on Timesheets/UKG Pro)
* Go to "MYSELF", then click on "Open Enrollment"
* The "Dependent" box for your spouse and children must be selected under "Verify Beneficiary
and Dependent Information" to elect coverage for them.
* When finished, you must click the submit icon even if you do not make any changes.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) must be elected every
year during Open Enrollment; deductions will not continue in 2026 unless you make an election
in Open Enrollment.
Your Open Enrollment benefit elections will be effective on January 1, 2026. Plan elections cannot
be changed until the next open enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event (See
"Change in Coverage" on page 6.)
Dependent Coverage
Dependents: Dependents for benefits include your spouse, civil union partner, and/or biological,
adopted, foster or stepchildren under legal guardianship or legal custody up to age 26. If you are
electing coverage for your spouse, civil union partner, or dependent(s) for the first time, you will need
to provide Human Resources with proof of eligibility before coverage is approved. Proof of eligibility will
include:
Spouse: A copy of your marriage certificate and a copy of the front page of your most recent
Federal tax return confirming this dependent as a spouse. (Please black out income
information.)
Children/Disabled Dependents: A copy of the child's birth certificate/adoption decree or
verification of legal custody.
