Description

Assembly Team Member Location: Oregon, IL Pay: $18.50–$23.44/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | OT available Saturdays

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies with precision
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Follow quality standards and company procedures
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks efficiently
• Support teammates and assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications: Basic knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, and blueprint reading preferred Comfortable using precision measuring tools Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently (up to 80 lbs occasionally) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
