Assembler – 1st Shift

A leading manufacturer of industrial gear drives and electric motors that specializes in providing reliable power transmission solutions for diverse industries is seeking an experienced Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production of our high-quality industrial equipment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for following detailed assembly instructions, operating specialized machinery, and ensuring the final products meet our stringent quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components and parts according to blueprints and technical specifications

Operate power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks

Perform quality checks and inspections to identify and resolve any issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production

Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and streamline operations

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing role

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:The target pay rate for this Assembler position is $22.59 per hour. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
