Now Hiring for 2nd Shift Assemblers - $1,000 Hiring Bonus
Bonus contingent upon meeting attendance expectations.
Available Schedules:
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3 PM to 1 AM | Starting pay: $21.00/hr
- Optional Overtime: Fridays

What You'll Do
- Work with Purpose: Assemble, inspect, and package medical devices that impact lives
- Quality-First Mindset: Follow FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality System Procedures (QSPs) to meet the highest product standards
- Collaborate as One Rose: Rotate between stations, meet production goals, and support your teammates
- Always Improving: Contribute ideas for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Stay Organized: Maintain documentation and a clean, safe work environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in assembly or medical device manufacturing is a plus
- Leadership experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- A commitment to high-quality work and a positive, ethical work environment
