Assembler- 1st and 2nd Shift - Seal Beach, CA

Job Summary

The Assembler builds interior components and furniture for commercial aircraft by following blueprints and work instructions. This role involves repetitive assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft interior parts using hand and power tools

• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions

• Drill, rivet, bond, screw, and install hardware and fittings

• Mix and apply adhesives and silicone sealant

• Inspect parts for correct fit, alignment, and dimensions

• Keep tools and work area organized

Requirements

• 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience

• Ability to read blueprints

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm | $17.50/hr

• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm–12:00am | $18.00/hr

• Overtime required (9–10 hours/day, Monday–Friday)

Work Environment

• Clean, large aerospace manufacturing facility

• Standing for long periods; lifting up to 40 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seal Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
