Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

The Assembly Operator will perform solder and/or hand assembly on a variety of circuit card assemblies and mechanical chassis. Typical requirements for daily activities include: Using appropriate tooling and machinery as provided, assembling electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, kits, and modules according to specific written instructions Wiring subassemblies using wiring lists and diagrams. Completing routing instructions and process sheets. Verifying and inspecting products to ensure conformance to requirements and perform rework as needed. Performing mechanical and electrical assembly operations to build electronic assemblies using standard measuring tools and techniques. Following work order instructions, policies and procedures. Performing soldering and inspection when/if certified. Cross-training in other assembly positions, and performing other duties and responsibilities as required. Participating and supporting continuous improvement activities to make the process more efficient.
Basic computer skills and typing ability. Mechanical assembly ability and/or experience. Focus on quality. Strong communication skills. Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity test) is required. Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Mechanical assembly experience of delicate parts. J-Standard / IPC-610 soldering experience. Wiring of circuit cards. Rework experience with conformal coating.
Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.
