Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday - overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy including Saturdays

What's the Job?

  • Assemble a variety of products manufactured by the client at designated work areas

  • Position parts according to work orders and blueprints

  • Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners

  • Operate hand drills, tools, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operations

  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean, accident-free, and healthy work environment

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or industrial work

  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols

  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
