Assembler Position

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the Gun Parts/Body Tubes Assembly Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Beacher, IL

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Assemble assigned components according to assembly drawings and job requirements
• Meet production goals, ship schedule, and ensure subassemblies are ready on time
• Complete and submit necessary production paperwork by end of shift
• Monitor work visually to maintain quality standards and notify supervisor of nonconformance or operating difficulties
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and disassemble scrap products for salvage

What's Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math and computer skills
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, reach, lift up to 30 lbs regularly, and 40 lbs occasionally
