Assembler – Troy, OH | $18–$25/hr | 1st Shift

Join a leading provider of automated welding and assembly solutions! We're looking for an Assembler who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative production team.

What You'll Do

• Gather and prepare components based on part lists, blueprints, and specifications
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for efficient assembly
• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies, ensuring accurate fit and alignment
• Troubleshoot and adjust components to meet spec requirements
• Support on-site customer installations and evaluations as needed

What You Need

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with pneumatics, electronics, welding, or fabrication is a plus
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed
