We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our operations team on 1st shift. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly or machine experience who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic machines and perform assembly work
• Print and apply labels to parts and products
• Apply oxide inhibitor to aluminum connectors
• Insert screws and caps into insulated connectors
• Assist with machine setups as needed
• Operate drilling and tapping machines
• Support grounding assembly processes
• Assist with small presses and tapping for grounding
• Confirm inventory and submit tickets to the materials manager
• Maintain knowledge of parts and subassemblies
• Work as part of the operations team, supporting coworkers and contributing ideas for process improvement

Job Requirements

• Basic machine operation experience
• Assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
• Self-directed and dependable
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Safety-focused mindset
