About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to disassembling, assembling, and testing various drilling equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform required assembly tasks with minimal supervision.
• Remove small quantities of metal to clean parts or produce a close fit between parts.
• Utilize SAP R3 to pull prints, check labor hours on work orders, and print bills of material.
• Plan assembly procedures following specifications.
• Clean and deburr materials, drill, and tap holes.
• Read and comprehend blueprints and assist in rigging when necessary.
• Work according to the schedule set by the supervisor, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Follow all HSE and Quality processes and perform all tasks safely to prevent damage to equipment or personnel.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 1 year of experience with drilling equipment.
• Must be mechanically adept.
• Certifications Required - Fall protection, overhead crane, forklift (if from industry recognized certification).

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Able to traverse ladders, stairs, gangways, and scaffolding at varying heights.
• Excellent balance to traverse and negotiate uneven surfaces at varying heights.
• Operate motor vehicles with a valid driver's license.
• Handle and operate hand tools weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Pay rate: ***/hr - ***/hr
• Shift differential for overnight shifts.
• Potential to convert to Full-Time Employment.
