Assembly Responsibilities:

• Routes and ties wired for wire harness
• Reads instructions such as work orders and diagrams
• Operates cutter machine to cut fiberglass foil sheets per customer specifications
• Selects wires of specified color, marking or length
• Wraps and ties wires together
• Attach ends of wires to components, plugs, or terminal strips using a soldering iron or crimping device
• Rolls foil onto heating boards
• Inspects finished products

Requirements for Assembly:

Able to stand, sit, bend, twist, reach, and grasp for 8 hours

Able to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs frequently and lift and/or move up to 20 lbs occasionally

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Able to work with fiberglass material

Strong attention to detail

Able to read a ruler and measure to precise measurements
