Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING Industrial Assembly Technicians in Boise, Idaho!

• Work 4 days a week - Monday through Thursday schedule!
• Swing shift: 4 pm-2:30 am
• $21.00 p/h
• On-the-job training

Duties:
• Build industry-leading semi-trailers from start to finish in a modern Boise manufacturing facility
• Use air, hand, and power tools to cut, trim, shape, and assemble trailer components accurately
• Read parts lists and work orders to ensure each trailer meets high-quality and safety standards
• Organize tools and materials for each task to keep production efficient and smooth
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all safety protocols
• Work closely with team members and supervisors, performing other duties as needed to support production goals
• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements:
• Be drug-free
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Excellent attendance
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
