Job Title: Wire Assembler
Location: Rome city Indiana Shift: First Shift
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work Environment: Air-conditioned manufacturing facility

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Wire Harness Assembler position on first shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in precision, and is comfortable working with small components and wiring systems in a clean and climate-controlled environment.

In this position you will assemble wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering wires according to detailed specifications. You will install connectors and perform cable terminations including lugging, splicing, and routing wires into organized harness assemblies. Employees will follow wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to ensure each harness is built accurately.

Additional responsibilities include bundling and securing wire harnesses, inspecting finished assemblies for quality, performing continuity testing, and verifying all products that meet required specifications and standards. You will use a variety of hand tools and wire processing equipment such as automated cutters, strippers, crimpers, and testing machines while maintaining safe work practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand eye coordination, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Previous experience with wiring, electronics assembly, or manufacturing is helpful but not required. We are willing to train reliable candidates who are motivated to learn and grow.
