Description
Are you looking to join a progressive, well-established hospital where you can practice high-quality medicine with the support of an experienced team and advanced technology at your fingertips?
I’m working with a nationally recognized small animal and exotics hospital in Louisville, KY that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its growing team.
Established in 1999, this four-doctor hospital has built a loyal client base and an outstanding reputation for delivering comprehensive care to dogs, cats, and exotic species including birds and reptiles.
The clinic has been named among the top veterinary clinics in the nation by USA TODAY, reflecting both its medical standards and client satisfaction. The facility is well-equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, CO₂ surgical laser, acupuncture services, and therapeutic laser, allowing you to work cases up thoroughly and practice modern, integrative medicine.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive team that values positivity, mentorship, and shared case discussions. The schedule offers an excellent work/life balance with a four day week with only occasional, shorter Saturday rotations - giving you time to recharge while maintaining strong continuity of care.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary with production bonuses and no negative accrual, plus a signing bonus to welcome you to the team!
