AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING, BILLING, and/or TITLE CLERK

Ralph Sellers Automotive Group, is looking for an Automotive Accounting, Billing, and/or Title Clerk to join their Accounting team located near Gonzales, LA. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, thrive on accuracy, and enjoy working in a dynamic dealership environment that is able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. Able to perform Auto Dealership Accounting, Billing, and Title Clerk tasks to support the daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process retail and wholesale vehicle sales Accounting transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review deals for completeness, accurate, and required documentation
• Calculate salesmen commissions and bonuses for monthly settle-up
• Remit Warranty, Gap, ancillary products monthly
• Process all ancillary product cancellations weekly
• Assist with schedules, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks
• Support Accounts Payable/Receivables to ensure posting to vehicle inventory timely
• Communicate with F&I, Sales, Accounting managers to resolve any discrepancies
• Support other team members and departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Automotive and CDK or DealerTrack experience is required
• Minimum of one year in an accounting or business office role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Confidential and professional demeanor
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
