What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately process vehicle billing and contracts
• Prepare funding packets and stay on top of finance submissions
• Ensure all documentation is 100% accurate (titles, DMV paperwork, etc.)
• Work hand-in-hand with our sales and finance team
• Keep everything organized and compliant — you're the detail guru!
• Troubleshoot and follow up on funding issues as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous dealership billing/contract experience is a big plus
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling tasks
• Familiar with dealership software (CDK experience? Even better!)
