Automotive Detailer

Junge Ford & BMW of North Liberty is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Full-Time Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of customer and dealership vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
• Prepare new and used vehicles for delivery
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues
• Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment
• Use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow dealership standards for quality and presentation
• Assist with moving vehicles on the lot when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Previous detailing experience preferred but not required (training provided)
