What You'll Do:
  • Be the trusted point of contact between customers and technicians
  • Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate services, timelines, and expectations
  • Keep customers informed and confident throughout the entire process
  • Build lasting relationships that turn first-time visits into long-term clients
  • Work alongside a team that supports each other and takes pride in what they do
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first approach
  • A proven track record of performance and consistency
  • Positive attitude, accountability, and team mindset
  • Someone ready to leave the "same old" environment for a dealership that's evolving
