Job Title: Bail Agent/Bond Sales Consultant

We're looking for ambitious, sales focused, self-motivated Bail Agents who lead with empathy and are ready to take their career and earnings to the next level.

Estimated Annual Compensation:

$70,000-$100,000+ (Uncapped commission based on performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the release process for individuals in custody and help guide families through the bail process
  • Build on our reputation as the most trusted bail services provider by treating every client with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
  • Utilize company provided training to offer customized solutions based on each client's situation, helping secure their loved one's release from custody.
  • Work in a fast-paced sales driven environment

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Individuals committed to Bail Done Right and long-term career growth
  • Motivated professionals with a strong focus on customer service
  • Sales experience and the willingness to learn our best-in-class sales and customer service training
  • Strong Communication and people skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales driven environment
  • High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
  • Spanish-speaking (or other languages) is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
  • Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we'll help you)
  • This position requires flexibility to work various shifts (day, night, weekend, holiday) as part of a rotating schedule
  • Must have basic computer skills and be able to use Outlook, Excel, and other standard office programs daily
