BDC Customer Care Specialist

The BDC Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless vehicle buying experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom

Requirements:

The BDC Customer Care Specialist position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $45,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year paid weekly, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
