Description

Crystal Tractor is looking to hire a full-time, motivated Billing Clerk to add to our dynamic team! With 17 store fronts we are one of the leading dealership groups in Florida selling construction, agricultural, and turf equipment.

A Billing Clerk is responsible for accurately processing sale transactions and ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing and posting sales transactions received from Sales Department.
  • Posting general ledger entries for new, used, and wholesaled units.
  • Review all deal information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Managing Lien Payoffs and we-owes.
  • Following up on aged contracts and customer payments.
  • Promote positive customer service with external and internal departments.
  • Assist with Month End closing.
  • Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and other duties associated with position.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and basic math
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to work Monday - Friday, 8a - 5pm, with some overtime expected at month end
