About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is primarily responsible for transporting materials and finished goods between facilities, vendors, and customers (3-4 days per week), while supporting warehouse operations on non-driving days.
This position requires strong attention to safety, time management, and professionalism, along with the ability to assist in a fast-paced, cGMP-compliant warehouse environment.
Driving & Logistics
- Safely operate a company box truck for scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Load, secure, transport, and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes while meeting scheduling expectations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide professional interactions with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Warehouse Operations
- Safely operate stand-up (reach truck) forklifts to move and organize materials
- Load and unload shipments with proper handling procedures
- Receive and verify incoming inventory, reporting discrepancies
- Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production and other departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP standards
- Assist with general warehouse organization and duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Work Schedule
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- 3-4 days per week focused on driving routes
- Remaining days supporting warehouse operations
- Overtime opportunities available based on business needs
Compensation
Starting hourly rate: $18.00
Full benefits eligible: Medical, Vision, and Dental, 401(k) with company match.
Paid Time off and Company Holidays.
