Building Maintenance Tech

Roles: General building maintenance for six fitness centers and corporate office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain upkeep of all building and supplies needed to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect building structures inside and outside to determine any need for repairs
• Inspect facilities to determine problems and maintenance issues
• Inspect and maintain any building systems to report repairs necessary or to outside vendor service technicians
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, minor construction, and repairs
