Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Summary:

AdviniaCare Northbridge is seeking a PART-TIME Bus Driver/Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team at our Assisted Living community in Northbridge, MA. As a Bus Driver/Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be responsible for transporting residents to appointments and outings, while also assisting with life enrichment activities and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to appointments and outings using AdviniaCare vehicles
• Assist with life enrichment activities, such as outings, events, and daily living programs
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Utilize CDL license to operate AdviniaCare vehicles
• Work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules

Requirements:

• CDL license required
• Experience working with the elderly preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull food carts and other equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
