North Newton School Corporation is seeking reliable and safety-minded individuals to join our team as School Bus Drivers. This position plays an important role in safely transporting students to and from school and school-related activities.

Position Details:

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers during transport.
• Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain student discipline and follow school policies.
• Part-time hours with morning and afternoon routes (additional trip opportunities may be available).

Requirements:

• Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements (training may be provided).
• Must pass background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Dependability, good communication skills, and strong commitment to student safety.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay $23.00/hour after probationary period.
