Job Summary:

We're hiring motivated Customer SerOvice & Collections Representatives to support a major credit card portfolio. In this role, you'll help customers navigate account questions while working collaboratively to resolve past-due balances - all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Training Date: May 24, 2026

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Production Schedules varies: 7 days week, 8am-12mid-night

Work Setting: Onsite at our Charlotte Call Center

What You'll Do:

  • Connect with customers via inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve account inquiries and explain payment options
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments
  • Carefully review account details to ensure accuracy
  • Document conversations clearly and thoroughly
  • Meet performance goals in quality, compliance, and recovery

What Makes You a Great Fit?

1+ year of customer service, collections, or call center experience

Strong attention to detail - you don't miss the small stuff

Confident negotiation skills with a solutions-focused mindset

Genuine empathy and professionalism in sensitive conversations

Ability to stay calm, positive, and goal-driven

You must have the flexibility to work any shift, including nights and especially weekends.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
